Shakespeare's 400th!

In acknowledgement of the 400th anniversary of Shakespeare's death, soprano Catherine Hancock and lutenist Christopher Baum will be returning to St. Johns in the Village to present a program exploring Shakespeare's plays in an evening of music and drama. The performance will feature scenes and monologues from Romeo and Juliet, Macbeth, The Tempest, A Midsummer Night's Dream and Hamlet and music by John Wilson, Henry Purcell, Thomas Morely, Robert Johnson and more. They will be joined by actors Heather Boaz and Matthew Cohn, as well as baritone Michael Conwill and Dan McCarthy playing the vola da gamba.
